- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs This is a notice of intent for the Department of Veterans Affairs to solicit space for the Mukwonago Vet Center in Mukwonago, WI from the current Lessor. The Government will negotiate a succeeding lease at the existing location (545 Bay View Road Suite A, Mukwonago, WI). This is due to the economic benefit, i.e. relocation/moving cost which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. The Government will negotiate with the current Lessor for approximately 672 square feet of office space. Required: All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required on or before April 01, 2013.
