The approved sources are: McGill Manufacturing Company Incorporated, CAGE 92563, Part-number 12273103 and NTN Bearing Corporation of Americas, CAGE 0LTL1, Part-number 1227310. DFARS 252.225-7016, Restriction on the Purchase of Foreign Bearings applies. Item is solicited as a Total Small Business Setaside. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 112 days after receipt of order. Critical Application Item applies. Export Controlled Item applies. Solicitation will result in a firm-fixed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 5499 each for the base and each option year. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. End item application is in support of the EIA M60 and M1 Tank. Solicitation issue date is February 28, 2013. The date is subject to change.
