REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AIR FORCE DISTRICT OF WASHINGTON CONTRACTING INSTALLATION DIVISION Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 TITLE: Fluke Optiview XG Upgrade This notice is a request for information (RFI) and is not a request for proposals (RFP). The government will not award a contract on the basis of this notice, or otherwise pay for information solicited by it. Proprietary information should be clearly marked. The requested information is for planning and market research purposes only and will not be publicly released. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. In accordance with FAR 15.201(E), responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. AFDW needs to determine if the attached list of BRAND NAME ONLY Optiview products are available. Large buinesses are welcome to reply but we are looking to determine if the following set-asides sources are available: Competitive 8(a), Emerging Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business, HUBZone, Partial Historically Black College or University (HBCU) / Minority Institution (MI), Partial Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Total HBCU / MI, Total Small Business, and Veteran-Owned Small Business. Offerors must be able to offer "upgrade pricing" for the Optiview XG. We ask that you respond to this inquiry no later than 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013. Thank you.
