The Department of Veterans Affairs NCO 15 Contracting Office is seeking potential small business sources for the purchase of: Endoscopic vessel harvesting (EVH) Systems, which include a dissector rod, harvester rod and trocar, for use when vessels/veins are required for cardiac bypass procedures.
