- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement will be a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332999- All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing; Size Standard 750 employees. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. DRAWINGS ARE POSTED ON THE CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT WEBSITE. http://www.logcom.usmc.mil/contracts/solicit/ (see above Solicitation Number). 2.Offerors shall state their proposed delivery schedule. 3. By law, all steel used in the manufacture of these supplies must have been produced in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada. 4.Delivery: Marine Corps Logistics Base, Whse 1330, Door 7, Bay 2, Albany GA 31704. śFOB Destination pricing is recommended/ preferred ť. CLIN 0001: First Sample - M9ACE Bowl Tensioning Wire Rope Assembly, Qty (1 each), Fabricate in accordance with Statement of Requirement (SOR) 2012PM021/Rev-Base, dated 11 December 2012 and drawings provided. The Contractor shall not proceed with the next CLIN without receiving approval from the Contracting Officer or Contracts Office. CLIN 0002: Production Quantity “ M9ACE Bowl Tensioning Wire Rope Assembly, (109 each), Fabricate in accordance with SOR 2012PM021/Rev-Base, and applicable drawings or latest revisions provided. The contractor shall not produce any kits of this CLIN without receiving written approval from the Contracting Officer.
