- Title: Notice of Intent for award of sole source purchase order for Thermal Desktop Software with AutoCAD and an Intel Fortran Compiler, for the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL). Description: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The AFNWC/PZIA Kirtland AFB, NM current position is to issue a contract to Cullimore and Ring Technologies, Inc., for the purchase of a Thermal Desktop System, AutoCAD 2011, Intel Fortran, Data Exchange Package II, Space Claim SC132-PL and Mesh Generation, which are manufactured by Cullimore and Ring Technologies, Inc., who owns proprietary data rights and design details to this product. Anticipated date of award is 20 February 2013. The FSC Code is 7010, the NAICS Code is 541511 and the size standard is $25.5M. Interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement within five (5) days of this announcement.
