- SF 1449, Solicitation/Contract Order for Commercial Items Attachment 6: Site Visit Instructions Attachment 4-5: Contract Data Requirments List w/Data Item Description Attachment 3: Wage Determination Attachment 2: Contract Security Specification, DD Form 254 Attachment 1: Performance Work Statement The National Assessment Group (NAG) at Kirtland AFB, NM requires services to provide full-time level of effort to accomplish maintenance and repair of buildings & building systems, and grounds maintenance at the NAG facilities. Details of services required are outlined in the attached solicitation and performance work statement (PWS). Interested Offerors are requested to submit Proposals to the NAG Contracting Office Not-Later-Than the response date indicated above.
