Description
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST GENERAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION FORT COLLINS, COLORADO PROJECT 1CO2122 REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration has a requirement to lease a minimum of 11,780 to a maximum of 13,020 square feet ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA) of warehouse space. Some general requirements will include an enclosed office, unisex restroom, loading dock to accommodate semi-truck trailer, 1 bay door, 3 parking spaces and two 12' foot spaces for trailers. Bay temperature shall be maintained between 62 and 80 degrees. Bay ceiling height shall be able to accommodate shelving for pallets 4 shelves high. The space will be occupied by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) with occupancy no later than May 1, 2013. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. LEASE TERM: 10 years 7 years firm. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space offered must be contiguous. Space must have potential for an efficient layout. A minimum 16' clear height in warehouse space. Warehouse shall have an overhead door(s) and capability to have vehicle ramps and loading docks. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Subleases will not be considered. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, potentially eligible for the National Register within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. Space must be fully handicapped accessible. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following boundaries: See Attachment 1 - Fort Collins Map (Green is delineated area).
