- Notice of Intent, W91YU0-13-T-0041, for Limited Source, Pedicle Screws & Rods Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a Limited Source firm fixed priced award to Aegis Spine, in the amount of $26,000.00 for a one-time procurement at Madigan Healthcare System, FT Lewis, WA. Item(s) being purchased are specific for a single patient use only during surgery, as required by the Physician, and is under approval of the FDA. This notice is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be issued. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, walter.j.bischoff@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
