- Amendment 1 corrects two errors in the SOW in regards to traveling in weather conditions. Error #1) Page 3 of the Statement of Work, last paragraph under Sampling Design, has a sentence that reads: In addition, the vessel must be sufficiently seaworthy to be capable of accessing the listed sampling sites in all weathers. This is amended to read: the vessel must be sufficiently seaworthy to be capable of accessing the listed sampling sites in any reasonable weather. Error #2) Page 4 of the Statement of Work, # 3 under A. Vessel Requirements, has a sentence that reads: Seaworthiness sufficient to be able to transit between sites in all weathers. This is amended to read "Seaworthiness sufficient to be able to transit between sites in any reasonable weather." All other terms & conditions remain the same
