- SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: Two (2) PLD systems (Chamber-A and Chamber-B). Chamber-A is designed to be used in combination with the angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy set-up at SLAC's SSRL BL5-4 and Chamber-B is to be used at the x-ray absorption spectroscopy at SSRL BL13. An ultra-high vacuum metal evaporation chamber (UHV-ME), designed to be compatibly connected with either chamber will also be purchased for metal deposition of electrodes and surface modification of oxide heterostructures. This work involves the delivery and installation of two PLD systems and one vacuum metal evaporator. The installation will be carried out on-site by the vendors. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
