- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support-2 (ISRDS-2), Solicitation Number NNA12424845R-SMA, which was posted on December 19, 2012. You are notified that the following changes are made: The release date for the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) is Wednesday, February 13, 2013. Please note that the solicitation number for the draft RFP is as follows: NNA13424845R. The release date for the final RFP is anticipated on or about March 11, 2013 with an anticipated offer due date on or about April 25, 2013. Questions and comments on the DRFP are due no later than March 6, 2013. An Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Moffett Field, CA 94035.The Building and Room numbers will be announced in a later posting. Please email the name(s) and company affiliation of the Industry Day conference attendee(s) to Sarah Andrae at sarah.m.andrae@nasa.gov no later than 3:00 p.m. PDST on February 19, 2013. Please note that attendance will be limited to 3 representatives per company. All participants to the Industry Day must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with a Green Card. Also, a valid driver's license with picture identification will be required before access to the Center will be allowed. Additionally, one-on-one interested party meetings with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) may be scheduled on February 26, 2013 between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and on February 27, 2013 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Please contact Sarah Andrae at sarah.m.andrae@nasa.gov to reserve a 30-minute time slot. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
