- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155713RC023CO, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 314120 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- FULL SIZE QUILTED BEDSPREAD ( 81" X 108")Color: Blue CLIN 0002- FULL SIZE QUILTED MATTRESS PAD,FITTED (54" X 75") CLIN 0003- FULL SIZE FLAT SHEETColor: Blue CLIN 0004- FULL FITTED SHEET Color: Blue CLIN 0005- STANDARD PILLOWCASE Color: Blue CLIN 0006- STANDARD WHITE POLY FILL PILLOW (18oz) CLIN 0007- FULL SIZE POLYESTER BLANKET (NATURAL COLOR) CLIN 008- (Qty 250 EA) LINENS MUST BE T200 POLY/COTTON THREAD COUNT Shipping to Tracy, CA Items should be shipped 30 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Tracy, CA The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.
