- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-13-R-0101 for the award of a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to provide software and system engineering, development, support services, and training for BMC Remedy Enterprise infrastructure and supporting or enabling technologies. The prospective contract will have a three year base period with no options. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 211,500 hours. This is a 100% small business set-aside competition, anticipated to result in the award of a single contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330. The incumbent contractor is FEI.COM, Inc. (N66001-11-D-0023). A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Issuance of the solicitation is estimated for 01 March 2013.
