- Description
- The purpose of this modification to the previous pre-solicitation is to provide pre-proposal conference and site visit information to interested vendors. Interested vendors attending the pre-proposal conference and site visit on March 6, 2013 must pre-register with Ms. Viola Muniz at Viola.Muniz.civ@mail.mil or Ms. Kathleen Henderson at Kathleen.D.Henderson2.civ@mail.mil not later than 4:00 pm, March 1, 2013. The pre-proposal conference will be held from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, Room 1C21, Building 343 (Munson Army Health Center), 550 Pope Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, KS. The site visit will begin immediately after conclusion of pre-proposal conference. Estimated time for site visit is 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Registered pre-proposal conference attendees should plan to arrive to Building 343 between 8:30 am - 9:00 am and present a valid driver's license, vehicle registration if privately-owned vehicle or rental agreement if rental car, and proof of vehicle insurance at the front/information desk to obtain a visitor's badge. Building 343 (MAHC) does not have a dining facility and participants will be responsible for providing their own meal (lunch). Fort Leavenworth does have a food court at the Post Exchange and a Burger King located on the installation.
