- THIS MARKET SURVEY WAS ORIGINALLY POSTED IN AUGUST 2012. IT IS NOW EXPIRED. SEE PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS N66001- 13-R-0101 FOR INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MARKET SURVEY. ------------------------------------------- See attached Q&A in response to this Market Survey. This Market Survey is issued for the purpose of determining if sufficient 8 (a) sources exist for a set-aside having the capabilities to perform the tasking described in this RFI. However, all small business capabilities (including 8 (a), 8(a) joint ventures, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women- owned small business concerns) are encouraged to respond. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue a competitive solicitation for this effort with the intent to award a single contract. The solicitation will utilize an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) pricing arrangement over a potential 3 year base period of performance with no options. Task orders will define the period of performance for the individual technical efforts, and both completion and level of effort type task orders will be utilized as applicable. Issuance of the solicitation is estimated between October and November 2012. See the attached Market Survey which includes the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
