- The Library of Congress Contracting Office intends to issue a Sole Source Firm-fixed price contract to Everest Software 401 Congress Ave #2650 Austin, TX 78701 to continue providing annual Maintenance Support and license. The maintenance provides for product support, trouble tickets, access to patches and product up-dates. The procurements is being issued to only one reasonable source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Library requirements. Everest Software is the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirement due to their unique capabilities of service. No solicitation is being issued.
