- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is W90M8L30090100 issued as a Request for Proposal. SPECIFICATIONS: The USPFO for Utah has a requirement to purchase VMware license upgrades. Only brand specified will be accepted, substitutions are not permitted. See attached Justification and Approval document. Requirements are as follows: License Specifications 28 each VS4-ENT-EPL-UG-F-L1 VMware vSphere 5 Enterprise upgrade 28 each VS5-ENT-PL-P-SSS-FVMware vSphere 5 Enterprise support 1 each VCS5-STD-P-SSS-FvCenter Server 5 Standard for vSphere 5 28 each VS5-ENT-P-SSS-FVMware Vsphere 5 Enterprise REQUIREMENTS: 1.Quote will be awarded based on lowest price technically acceptable. 2.Include solicitation number, quotation number, offerors name and address, point of contact, phone number, e-mail address, CCR number, and TIN on cover sheet submitted with bid sheet. Failure to provide this information with your quote may cause your offer to be considered non-responsive. QUOTE DUE DATE: NLT 10:00 am MST 19 February 2013. Quotes must be e-mailed to jennifer.m.shaw36.civ@mail.mil. Facsimiles will NOT be accepted. All quotes must arrive at the place and by the time specified.
