- Project Information: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 1,055,000 cubic yards of unclassified material from Charleston Harbor Lower Reaches and Wando River and shall be deposited in the Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS) for that project. The work is located in Charleston County, South Carolina. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and the Marine Mammals Protection Act. MAGNITUDE OF WORK: $5,000,000 TO $10,000,000 This acquisition is Unrestricted. The NASIC Code is 237990 with a Size Standard of $20M. The Contractor must be register in DOD Central contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of this solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMs or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must be registered in the CCR and at the Federal Business Opportunity Homepage (www.fbo.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments. This solicitation will be posted on or about 19 February 2013 with bids due 21 February 2013 at 2:00 pm EST.
