- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6610-00-526-7852, Pitot-Static Tube IAW MIL-T-5420B(2) P/N AN5816-2. The estimated annual quantity is 60 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 15 EA which is applicable only to the base year. FOB Destination Inspection Acceptance Destination. First Article Testing is applicable. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Full and Open Competition after Exclusion of Sources applies. Item is used in support of the SOF/HH-53J/M Pave Low Helicopter and the Sea King H-3, the CH-53 D/E, and the MH-53E Helicopters. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is February 20, 2013.The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
