- Responses to Questions SF 30 Amendment 0001 and Replacement Page 12 The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center (SILC) is procuring Linen and Laundry Services at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) in Cape May, NJ. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform for Linen and Laundry Services (including but not limited to linens, towels, washcloths, foul weather uniforms, etc.) at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Cape May, NJ. The Government will award a contract for this request for proposal to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The period of performance is one base period, beginning on or about 1 May 2013 through 30 September 2013, with four one-year option periods (1 October 2013 through 30 September 2017). The NAICS Code is 812331 (Linen Supply) and the size standard is $30M. This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Proposal (RFP) HSCG84-13-R-AA1420 will be available on or about 25 January 2013; with an offer due date of 19 February 2013. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. All vendors will be responsible for obtaining the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from www.fbo.gov.
