- Questions and Answers List of materials in an excel spreadsheet SF30 HC1047-13-T-4003 AMD 02 This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial brand name items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number for this procurement is HC1047-13-T-4003 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Offerors responding to this requirement should propose on an all or none basis. This procurement is to support the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command and Control Capabilities (C2C) Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) Program Management Office (PMO) requirement for the procurement of commercial brand name components, including computer and computer peripheral hardware and software (HW/SW) that have been integrated and tested to be compatible with the CENTRIXS ISAF network. Dell equipment, Panduit, Belkin, Dell, Netapp, Viasat, Cisco, Microsoft, DirWiz, VMware, and Vizioncore products are all sold via authorized resellers. The equipment includes a three (3) year warranty where applicable. The brand name justification includes Dell, Panduit, Belkin, Dell, Netapp, Viasat, Cisco, Microsoft, DirWiz, VMware, and Vizioncore commercial hardware equipment, cables and software items. The required equipment and HW/SW are being procured to support a technical refresh of the CENTRIXS International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Network. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-64. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services* Except, Information Technology Value Added Resellers with a business size standard in number of employees of 150. No used, repaired, remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Vendor shall certify that it is an authorized reseller of ALL brand names listed above as of the date of the submission of their quote. Email offers will be accepted.
