- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to solicits a proposal and enter into a contract with Beckman Coulter, Inc. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICS code for this 334516. Naval Medical Research Center required that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)/System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR/SAM. For additional information and to register in CCR/SAM, please access the website: https://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the CCR/SAM and to be illegible to receive and award from this acquisition office, all offerors must had a Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all response received with 10 days from this posting. Written responses to this shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
