Place of performance is Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), Jacksonville, Florida 32212. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract to include a base year and four (4), one (1) year options. The government reserves the right not to exercise option years. Contract award shall be based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance. The performance period is 365 calendar days after receipt of order.
