Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits and disposal necessary for Women's Health Clinic Renovations at the VA Medical Center West Haven, Connecticut, Project Number 689-09-204. The construction cost range for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. The solicitation package will be available and issued on or about February 26, 2013. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for March 26, 2012 @ 11:00 am. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. This solicitation will be set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. All SDVOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB. All offerors must ensure registration in SAM is current and accurate.
