- Description
- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAC, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system and Turnkey Install under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for the hospital's Philips MRI System. Anticipated award date is 12 Feb 13. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: 150KVA 3 Phase UPS 480VAC IN/OUT and enclosure, Remote Status Alarm Panel, Remote Status Monitor Cable, MRI/CT Power Distribution Panel-150k VA, and Turn Key Install. These items must be delivered to: 96 MDG, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 12 March 13 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334510, small business size standard: 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
