- Appendix A Equipment Listing Wage Determinations Appendix C Safety Instructions Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation for 4 Canon Scanners Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a 100% small business set aside contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) of 4 Canon Scanners at TAFB. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with IAW terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 April 2013 - 31 March 2014 The estimated award date is 1 March 2013. System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811212 with a size standard of $25,500,000.
