- 9Q3TDSEAR005 Amendment 0003_Changes Incorporated into Solicitation Responses to Industry Questions - I Amendment 0003 Amendment 0003 incorporates Questions and Answers I into the Solicitation and makes the following changes: 1. J.5- Updated to reflect correct numbering. All previously number "J.6.__"have been corrected to read "J.5._" within Attachment J.5. 2. Formerly J.6.2 has been updated to J.5.2 and language regarding two week prior to award submission has been deleted. Upon request of the Contracting Officer, after initial receipt of proposal, the Offeror shall submit attachment J.5 3. All Service Contract Act related references have been removed including Attachment J.4. 4. Deletion of H.15- FAC 2005 - 64 FAR 52.222-17 EXECUTIVE ORDER: Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers under Service Contract. All subsequent Special Contract Requirements under Section H.15 have been renumbered accordingly. 5. C.10 - Cutover Plan - Changed to reference H.21 of the Solicitation. 6. The following clauses are removed from the Solicitation: 52.222-2 Payment for Overtime Premiums (JUL 1990) 52.222-4 Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act-Overtime Compensation (JUL 2005) 52.222-42 Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires (May 1989) 52.232-23 Assignment of Claims (Jan 1986), Alternate I (Apr 1984) 52.232-20 Limitation of Cost (APR 1984) 52.230-6 Administration of Cost Accounting Standards (APR 2005) 52.242-2 Production progress reports (Apr 1991) 52.242-3 Penalties for Unallowable Costs (MAY 2001) 52.242-4 Certification of Final Indirect Costs (JAN 1997) 52.243-2 Changes-cost- reimbursement alt ii (Apr 1984) 52.243-6 Change order accounting (Apr 1984) 7. SF33 Date for Hard copy submission changed to reflect accurate date of 03/08/2013. All Other Terms Remain the Same.
