No telephone requests will be accepted. Amended to remove references to PRON AX3Q0228AX. NOUN: Tube Assembly, PRON: AX3Q0229AX, NSN: 1560-01-593-5547, PN: 406-060-020-101, Quantity: 10 each minimum plus two one-year options applicable to the OH-58D (BX) system. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 10 each, 318 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 10 each, 150 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are not technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
