- **THE DATE OF THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO FEBRUARY 14, 2013.** Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, supplies and all other things necessary to perform Facilities Maintenance Service and Operations at Comalapa Air Base, El Salvador. It is anticipated that a Fixed-Price contract will be awarded for a base and three option years. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210. The small business size standard for the concern and its affiliates is less than $35,500,000 in average annual receipts for the past three years. Prime contractors proposing under this solicitation must be U.S. Firms, El Salvadorian Firms, or Joint Ventures between U.S. Firms and El Salvadorian Firms. A pre-proposal conference is contemplated for February 13, 2013 at the Quality Inn Hotel, KM 40.5 Autopista al Aeropuerto Internacional El Salvador, San Luis Talpa, El Salvador. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about January 17, 2013. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All offerors must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. An amendment to this notice will be published at a later date providing information as to how inquiries regarding the published solicitation will be handled.
