- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Army Contracting Command - National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on behalf of the Office Of Assistant Secretary Of Defense For Networks And Information Integration (OASD I NII) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) -follow on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements, to Overlook Systems Technologies, Inc., 1950 Old Gallows Road, Suite 400 Vienna, VA 22182 to provide Engineering, Technical and Administrative Support to the DoD Positioning Navigation and Training (PNT) Executive Committee (EXCOM) and Working Group (WG). This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of no more than 181 days commencing on February 8, 2013, and ending on August 8, 2013. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541330 with a size standard of $14M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Contracting Specialist, Mr. Ryan M.
