- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W9127S-13-T-0018. The Government intends to award an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract on or about 28 February 2013. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720(Janitorial Services). The small business size standard is $16.5 Million. Work shall include furnishing all necessary management, personnel, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform Park Janitorial Services for Ashley Creek, Lick Creek and Hise Hill Parks at the Blue Mountain Office near Waveland, AR.(see Performance Work Statement). This solicitation is issued via Internet at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) and the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) Website. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI or FBO website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and www.fbo.gov to view other business opportunities.
