- Description
- The Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-ID), requests offerors submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a one year subscription for the publications listed on GSA e-Buy under RFQ 760818. This RFQ is being issued using the procedures identified in FAR Subpart 8.4 for Federal Supply Schedules. The period of performance for the subscription is October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013. In accordance with FAR 8.405-6, the subscription covers publications specific to West Publishing Corporation. The basis for restricting consideration to the publications specific to West Publishing Corporation is included as an attachment on GSA e-Buy under RFQ 760818. All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted by February 11, 2013 by 1700 EST.
