- Amended 5 Ton Bridge Crane Item Description 04 FEB 2013: NOTE TO OFFERORS: After review of Technical Information the US Government recognized that critical information was missing from the detailed description on the 5 Ton Bridge Crane. Additional Detailed CLIN/Item Description: A maximum overall height of the 5 Ton Bridge Crane System and components (plus 3 inches of required Crane Clearance) to the top of ASCE 30 Lb Crane rail is 26". All other CLIN's and detailed Descriptions remain unchanged. Drawings with Specifications must be submitted. All submissions from Offerors will be IAW FAR 52.212-1. The new closing date for this solicitation is 13 FEB 13 at 2:00PM CST. 11 JAN 2013: NOTE TO OFFERORS: Additional questions have been submitted regarding the solicitation posted on 02 Jan 13. A consolidated list of all questions submitted and the government answers have been posted under the Q&A document dated 11 Jan 13. All other information on this solicitation remains unchanged, and proposals are still required to be submitted by 18 Jan 2013 at 4:00 PM (CST). 07 JAN 13: NOTE TO OFFERORS: The original detailed item descirption and CLIN tables have been updated to reflect the correct information. Additionally, please note the government has received questions regarding the solicitation posted on 02 Jan 13. These questions and the government answers have been posted. All other information remains the same and proposals for this solicitation are still due on 18 Jan 2013 at 4:00 PM (CST) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached combined synopsis/solicitation for details regarding the items to be procured, delivery, and terms and conditions. The Air Force Sustainment Center Enterprise Acquisiton Branch (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price commercial contract for the acquisition of materials listed in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation.
