- DoDEA Pacific / DDESS-Guam has a requirements for Copier Lease and Managed Services for all DoDEA Pacific schools and offices located in Guam. The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, personnel, management, parts, services, training and supplies (with the exception of paper) required to perform the copier managed services for the District Office and DoDEA/DDESS schools located throughout the island of Guam. The contractor shall perform the following: •Delivery and Installation of copier machines and software •Maintaining of Equipment inventory •Managing of Supplies inventory •Collecting of meter reads (to include feature usage reads) and submit for billing purposes •Performing of light equipment maintenance and cleaning, proactively managing consumables and supplies replacement •Providing Telephone Technical Support The period of performance of this contract is: 01 April 2013 - 31 March 2014 with 3 Optional Periods. The estimated date for solicitation issue date is 04 February 2013.
