- The Waterviet Arsenal intends to issue competitive procurement, total small business set-aside, for the complete rebuild of the Mattison Large Surface Grinder. Vendor to provide labor, equipment, and materials for complete rebuild of MATTISON LARGE SURFACE GRINDER (WV-11793), CODE RAFAC. Grinder to be rebuilt in accorance with OEM specifications. Grinder weighs approximately 22 tons and was built in the 1960's. Offerors to provide prior references for similar rebuilds. Vendor must have access to Mattison Grinder OEM specifications and drawings and capacity to provide all necessary parts etc. required to return grinder to quote mark like new quote mark state. Responsible offerors will be required to submit a capability statement with their quote. Vendor will be required to arrange round-trip shipping, disconnection/ reconnection/ crane rentals etc. Unit of Issue: 1 lot Destination: FOB Destination Delivery Schedule: 9 months In order to be eligible for this award, the successful offeror must have complete registrations in www.sam.gov, which are current.
