- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, intends to Rent two Telehandlers with an option to extend on Telehandlers rental period. This equipment will have to meet the specification set forth in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).This procurement will be competitive, Firm Fixed Price award, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The RFQ will be posted for downloading on or after February 8, 2013. All inquiries regarding this RFQ will be accepted by EMAIL ONLY.
