Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91YTV-13-R-0009. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is: 339112 Size Standard: 500 Employees. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is Unrestricted. Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, has a requirement for supplies for GEM Premium 3000 Blood Analyzers. Manufacturer Serial Numbers are 18023, 18024, 18025 and 18026. The required supplies are listed below to be ordered on an as needed basis. The Government representatives authorized to placed orders will be detailed in the award document.
