- The work includes furnishing all labor, material, -equipment and performing all work required to repair the Troy Lock-Southwest Culvert Valve. The valve is located at the Albany Field Office (AFO), Troy Lock and Dam, 1 Bond Street, Troy NY 12180. Contractor shall be responsible for transporting the valve off site to their facility, performing the repairs, and returning the valve to the AFO. The work must be completed and the valve returned to the AFO no later than 1530 March 1, 2013. A site visit is encouraged and can be arranged by calling Tim Rafter at the AFO, Monday through Friday, 0700 to 1530 at (518) 273-0870.
