- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for a contractor to provide administration, preventive maintenance, and repair services to existing IDS and CCTV systems for the Blue Grass Army Depot located in Richmond, Kentucky with firm fixed pricing. The anticipated period of performance under this contract will be a base period (10 mo) and, assuming satisfactory performance, up to four additional option years for a total of up to five years. ACC-RI intends to issue a Request for Quote to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website less than http://acquisition.army.mil greater than on or about January 30, 2013 with opening on or about 20 days from issuance. This proposed contract will be entirely classified under the North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561621. In order to be considered for possible award offerors must attend a mandatory site visit and have a minimum facility clearance level (FCL) of secret at the time quotes are received by the Government. Prior to doing business with the DOD it is recommended that all contractors who provide goods or services to the DOD be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at less than https://www.sam.gov/ greater than or contact SAM at 866-606-8220. If firms are not registered in SAM they will not be considered for award. Interested firms are invited to submit quotes after this solicitation is posted to the web. Amendments applicable to this solicitation will be posted to the web. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to check these websites for the issuance and any changes to the solicitation. No hard copies are available.
