- Markey Survey 1005014541629 Sources Sought This is NOT a request for either a quote or proposal. This announcement is considered market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. The purpose of this synopsis is to identify qualified companies capable of performance on a solicitation for the below listed NSN. This NSN is being bought to drawings. Contractor First Article Testing would be required with Higher Level Quality Requirements. Final inspection and acceptance shall be at the actual manufacturing facility. A dummy solicitation has been created for this market research effort for companies to be able to review the drawings. The dummy solicitation number is SPM7LX13R9983X.
