- Past Performance Questionnaire Sample DD254 Form Sample Offerors Pricing Template Sample Travel Expense Summary Foreign Military Sales Country List Instructions to Offerors Solicitation This is a synopsis/solicitation notice procured under FAR Part 15 utilizing Full and Open Competitive procedures. The offeror shall support prime power generation, night vision devices, Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN), border detection, aircraft survivability equipment, aircraft mission equipment, information assurance and radio training and systems under the Training & Services Branch, Training Support Division (TSD), Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. This requirement has a base year with two one (1) year options. All requirements are outlined in the Performance Work Statement and attachments. It is mandatory that all responding vendors be registered in GSA's IT-Solutions Acquisition System (ITSS). The website is http://it-solutions.gsa.gov. The HelpDesk # is 1-877-243-2889. Failure to register in ITSS will result in your company not being considered for award. All vendor proposals must be entered in the ITSS database.
