- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This has changed to a 100% small busniess set aside. The size standard for 611699 All other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction is $10.0 million in average annual reports. Two One day FTXs (TPE Preparedness Emphasis). The class is scheduled for 5 and 7 February 2013. The only other dates they can do is 6 and 8 February 2013.
