- Amendment W91ZLK-13-T-0048 0003 is issued to revise specification 2.a. and to answer questions. The specifications and requirements are in accordance with the revised Specifications Attachment 4, attached. The closing date and time of the solicitation is amended to read January 31, 2013, 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Please SUBMIT YOUR QUOTATIONS to Ms. Sowa at the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Tennant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Quotations must be submitted via email to: susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil. Quotations must be signed, dated, and received by the closing date and time. For additional questions concerning this Request for Quotations contact Ms. Susan Sowa, Contracting Officer via email @ susan.l.sowa.civ@mail.mil Additional questions must be received no later than January 24, 2013, 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Clarification 19: Modify Requirements 2.a. to read: Change file capacity range to 1,800 L.F.I. minimum and 2,000 L.F.I. maximum. Question 20: On the original specifications under requirements 2 b, the end user is looking for controlled access. As this room is capable of being locked, is this added expense necessary? If so, how do you envision the lock on the door interacting with the access module? Answer: The file system will serve 3 different offices, each with their own need to know, so yes, the requirement stands.
