- This solicitation will contain one NSN for Electric Power Modification Kit. It will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN 6150-01-585-0229, the quantity is 21 each. FOB is destination; Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. This requirement is coded 3B. Approved source is Boeing CAGE 82918 P/N 520-13500-501. Item is export control. Critical application item. Critical safety item. Government First Article Testing. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The requested delivery schedule in the RFP is 172 DARO. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 8, 2013.
