- Sources sought specifications. This sources sought notice is for informational purposes only to help with set aside decisions. The 23D Contracting Squadron, Moody AFB, GA (MAFB) will be issuing multiple Invitations for Bid (IFB) for Energy Focus Projects dealing with HVAC Systems and Infrared Heating Repairs. These will be single award, firm-fixed price contracts, which include providing all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and related items to repair HVAC and Infrared Heaters.
