- Question: Item 0005 AB -The requested size of 2 by 2 ½ by 1/8 inches is an uncommon size. It is suggested to either go with 2 by 2 by 1/8 inches OR 2 by 2 ½ by 3/16 inches. Answer: Please go with 2 by 2 1/2 by 3/16 Question: Item 0011 AB - Only steel plate/sheet that does NOT specify "laser quality." Please verify that this item does not need to be "laser quality." Answer: This is thin sheet, usually cut to size with a press. Does not need to be "laser quality" Question: Item 0012 AB - Is the requested diameter of 3 ½ inches the overall pipe diameter or the required fitting diameter? According to pipe charts, a pipe with a 3 ½ inch fitting diameter would have an overall diameter of 4 inches. Please clarify. Answer: Item will be used for structural, rather than as piping... go with 3 1/2 OD, schedule 40
