Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Sierra Pacific Network intends to negotiate a non-competitive award to Advanced Sterilization Products, Inc. 33 Technology Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 for a preventive maintenance agreement for two (2) Government-Owned Sterrad NX Sterilization Systems located at Mather VA Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather CA 95655; and one (1) Government-Owned Sterrad NX Sterilization System at Martinez VA Outpatient Clinic, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553 within the VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation VA261-13-Q-0650 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Quotations shall be emailed to Phyllis.Charles@va.gov and must be received by Monday, January 28, 2013, 12:00PM PST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-64. The NAICS code is 811219. The size standard is unrestricted. This contract will be a firmed fixed-price. The contract shall cover a Base Year and Two Option Years. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, and resources necessary to provide preventive maintenance and service for the Sterrad NX Sterilization Systems for the VANCHCS.
