- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation M67865-13-T-0003 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This RFQ is issued as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR part 13) and is issued in anticipation of a firm fixed price contract for Hotel rooms. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with the size standard of $30.0. This agency is in need of hotel rooms for a training operation at Creech AFB, NV. Facilities must be within a 50 mile radius from the training site. The inclusive dates are 31 Jan - 15 Feb 2013. No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. The Government intends to award an order, resulting from this combined notice, to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All quotes are due by 1300 (1 pm) local time on 29 Jan 2013 and can be submitted via email or by mail.
