PRON: AX3CF341AX, NOUN: Electronic Component, NSN: 5998-01-612-4709; P/N: 1035143; Flexible Engine Diagnostic System(FEDS), Quantity: 1 Min Qty/3 Max Qty & PRON: AX3CF342AX, NOUN: Power Supply, NSN: 6130-01-612-7139; P/N: 1035147; Flexible Engine Diagnostic System(FEDS), Quantity: 1 Min Qty/3 Max Qty on a 3 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basic + 2 Ops type contract applicable to FEDS with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 1 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 1 each year until contract completion on both PRON AX3CF341AX & PRON AX3CF342AX. This requirement is restricted to CEC Vibration Products, Inc. (CAGE: 09384) because these parts must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of the DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
